Gobeyond Partners is looking for a Client Partner on a fixed term contract (12 months) to lead strategic consulting engagements with major Financial Services organisations, build our market presence, create thought leadership and develop transformational Financial Services focused propositions.
This is a pivotal role with the requirement to deliver revenue and margin targets within strategic clients, identify and engage new Financial Services clients and be a visible thought leader within the market.

You will lead a Financial Services sub-sector bringing your specialist transformation insight and commercial acumen to maximise outcomes for our clients. We need someone with excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
What you will be doing
- Managing a portfolio of UK Financial Services, primary consulting clients
- Helping to engender a culture of intellectual property and innovation awareness across the organisation
- Securing new business while retaining existing business within a competitive environment and diversifying revenue
- Managing, coaching and developing the Consulting Team working with your clients
What you will need
- Extensive understanding of the financial services sector and the consulting industry including awareness of governance, operational transformation and risk management, with experience in a leadership role and engaging at C-suite level
- Strong commercial acumen including proposal writing, pricing and ability to think about the right commercial models for the client
- Excellent stakeholder management experience with the ability to win strong support for ideas
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio)
- Willingness to travel (typically 2/3 days a week)
