In this Future of Service Forum, we’ll be exploring how the right use of data and technology can generate peak performance.  

At this interactive event, Olympian and Commonwealth Games Gold Medallist, Diane Modahl MBE will share her experience to help service organisations imagine how they can drive performance in the future.  

Diane will unpack how to develop the self-confidence needed to succeed, why it’s essential to minimise customer effort and what industry can learn from how data and technology is used in sport – giving examples of the progression in performance this can achieve.  

You’ll have the opportunity to be immersed in data at Alliance Manchester Business School’s Data Visualisation Observatory, the first of its kind in the UK. Plus, tour other initiatives taking place at this world leading business school.
