Our conference, hosted by business broadcaster Tanya Beckett, will consider what the service organisation of the future will look like.
Industry experts in service operations, behavioural science, human strategy, AI and digital innovation will all share insights throughout the day.
Join us on 10th November 2016 at The King’s Fund, London.
Tanya will give a keynote speech on machines and the economy, whilst Rory Sutherland, Vice-Chairman of Ogilvy UK and columnist for The Spectator, will share his work looking for ‘butterfly effects’ in consumer behaviour.
They will be joined by Peter Roost, COO of Artificial Solutions, who will discuss the future for AI and the CEO of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, Kevin Green, who will explain why only your people will make your customers dance.
We’ll also hear about digital Darwinism from Stephen Ingledew, former Managing Director, Marketing at Standard Life.
Our three afternoon options offer diverse topics, including a low code approach to building business solutions from Matsoft, how to turn business strategy into operational reality from OEE Consulting, and the myths and paradoxes of innovation with Lane4.
The day will be rounded off with a session on what sport tells us about change by Times columnist and former England cricketer Ed Smith, with Mark Palmer and Chris Hallmark from OEE Consulting asking whether technology and business improvement are no longer at war. There will also be a drinks reception and opportunity for networking at the end of the day.
