Our commitment to Good Recruitment

Please note this article was published before OEE Consulting and gobeyond joined forces to become Gobeyond Partners.

We’re pleased to announce that we are the 100th signatory of the Good Recruitment Charter, an initiative managed by REC (The Recruitment and Employment Confederation).

The Charter has been devised by REC to define good recruitment practice through nine key principles which address areas such as processes and procedures as well as fair terms and conditions.

Paul Woolford, Operations Director for OEE Consulting said of the Charter, “We fully support the aims of REC with their Good Recruitment Charter.  We believe that an organisation’s success starts with its recruitment processes.  That means recruiting candidates with not only the right capabilities for now and future aspirations but also for cultural fit. It also means entering into a fair contract with employees as well as ensuring they are fairly rewarded.

We are proud to be part of such a great initiative, and we will continue to look for ways to improve our recruitment process through the framework of the Charter.”
