Tim will be joined by senior leaders from OEE Consulting who will explore the benefits of transformation programmes focused on the customer, whilst senior executives from across the service industry will share case studies on disrupting legacy thinking and contribute to a panel discussion tackling how to sell a customer journey approach to your boss.
