Mark has joined OEE Consulting as an Associate Director, after working as an associate consultant with us for the past two years.
His expertise lies in designing and executing innovative people strategies that support the business strategy or as part of a wider change programme.
He makes the workplace more human, assisting everyone from C-suite executives to front-line staff to be the best they can be.
Since joining OEE Consulting, Mark has worked with clients to establish environments where it becomes safe to ‘fail’, and establish feedback cultures that encourage continuous learning through the sharing of what works – and what doesn’t.
He has also designed and led a project to develop self-sufficient teams that led to a step change in customer experience without input from senior management, through applying behavioural science and systems thinking.
Mark volunteers time to mentoring and coaching founders of start-ups too, through working with the world’s top university-managed business incubator, SetSquared.
