OEE Consulting team accredited to implement ActiveOps software

Please note this article was published before OEE Consulting and gobeyond joined forces to become Gobeyond Partners.

Congratulations to OEE Consulting’s George Ship, the latest person in our team to be accredited by ActiveOps to deploy their workforce optimization software.

This builds on our ongoing working relationship with ActiveOps. George joins a growing number of our consultants with this accreditation.

ActiveOps provide cloud-based optimization software designed to monitor performance, optimize and plan robotic and human back office workforces. Workware and the AOM method are proven to improve efficiency, reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction for operations in a wide range of industry sectors.

As an accredited level 3 Senior Implementation Coach, George has extensive experience implementing ActiveOps with a client, working on three implementation waves over a nine-month period. On-the-job coaching was reduced on successive waves until George led the project independently. This was supplemented by classroom training, competency assessments and written examinations.

Damian Barden, Capability and Development Director at ActiveOps, said:

“It’s great to welcome George to our select group of accredited coaches who can implement Workware software.

Senior Implementation Coaches like George can build schedules and design solutions to quantify work and time, measure productivity and manage human and robotic resources in real-time.

By enabling capacity to be optimised, the solution reduces costs and improves service delivery across diverse and complex back-office operations.”

The client George was working with has realised a 10% increase in productivity from the implementation of Workware alone, and an overall 25% increase in productivity from the wider OEE Consulting led project.

Chris Hallmark, Director at OEE Consulting, said:

“By pairing our operations transformation and digital capabilities with our ActiveOps partnership, we can deliver 360°improvement projects.

We tailor technology implementation to individual clients, and can deliver this as part of a broader approach to fully capture operational efficiencies from end to end processes.”
