OEE Consulting welcomes Jonathan Shawcross

OEE Consulting has recently welcomed Jonathan Shawcross to join their board of directors.

Jonathan has worked in financial services for over 20 years, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer for Group Technology at Lloyds Banking Group.

He will be drawing on his extensive experience of large-scale transformation and cultural change, as he works with our clients in the financial services sector. He is currently working with a global banking client in the US, helping them to develop a new operating model for their digital customer experience.

Jonathan has worked with OEE Consulting as a client in a number of his past roles, which have included executive level responsibility for operations management, fraud prevention, technology, integration and cyber security.

He says:
