People development programme highly commended

Please note this article was published before OEE Consulting and gobeyond joined forces to become Gobeyond Partners.
Our bespoke people development programme, which delivered lasting change as part of a global transformation, has been highly commended by judges in a national awards ceremony.
The judges said the client advocacy was the strongest witnessed, and noted in particular the scale of the project with Willis Towers Watson.
This programme supported Willis Towers Watson in their successful global transformation through developing a global network of highly skilled leaders to implement and sustain operations improvements.
The resulting development programme was accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management and rolled out alongside the overall transformation across 20 countries, in 5 languages, to 1,200 leaders. Each programme graduate is now leading teams and driving change across the company, delivering an improved service to help clients around the world turn risk into a path for growth.
The development programme was designed and delivered by our Learning and Development team who provide a variety of courses, public and private, for businesses that want to enhance the capabilities of their teams to deliver significant and sustainable benefits.
You can read a summary of the project on the Management Consultancies Association website.
Our work with Atos on the NS&I account was also shortlisted for an award on Change and Transformation in the Private Sector. Working in partnership we enabled the organisation to maximise its resources, deliver high service at lower cost and provide excellent development opportunities.
Over 700 guests from consultancy firms, clients, media and representatives from across government attended the Management Consultancies Association Awards Ceremony. The event celebrates clients and consultants working together to deliver transformative outcomes, and champions the work of consultants in every corner of business and national life.
