Our acclaimed Lean management training is launching as an open course in New York, following the continued success of in-house programmes with US-based clients.
The three day Lean Accelerator programme runs in NYC from 25th – 27th of June, combining awareness and practitioner courses to provide a rapid introduction to Lean competence.
In recent years our training portfolio has expanded globally, with programmes covering Customer Journey Transformation, Operating Model Design, and Operations Leadership being delivered in over 20 countries.
We will be sharing our tried and tested knowledge from 20 years’ experience delivering excellence in the service industry. Over 25,000 people have taken our accredited courses; our course in operations development was recently honoured with an industry-wide award.
