OEE Consulting has been recognised as one of The Sunday Times best 100 small companies to work for in 2018, making this the second year running that we have been ranked in the top 100.
We also received the top ranking from Best Companies with a 3 star accreditation, which recognises extraordinary levels of employee engagement.
The results are taken from an anonymous engagement survey sent to all of our team.
Mark Palmer, Managing Director of OEE Consulting, said:
“We are delighted to receive this award for the second year running, particularly against a backdrop of almost 40% business growth.
The team have worked hard to make sure that we act on the feedback from last year, and we will be reviewing these new results carefully to make sure that we continue to do the right things for our people, whilst also delivering our new value proposition.”
Our commitment to doing the right thing for clients was particularly noted, with 96% of our team agreeing that OEE Consulting is run on strong moral principles.
Some of the categories reflected our progress in driving further improvements across the business, with our score for giving something back increasing by 5% this year. Our Corporate Social Responsibility Committee has arranged a number of activities, including sponsored mindful walks raising money for Mind, pro bono work for Mencap and a team entry in Tough Mudder to support the Moldova Project.
We also made three pledges in support of the Management Consultancies Association‘s Year of Diversity, and have met them all:
