We’re a finalist for performance improvement in the MCA Awards 2020
Our work helping NHBC deliver enhanced service to their customers is a finalist in industry-wide awards
We’re a finalist in the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) awards for our work with NHBC on performance improvement.
The awards, now in their 23rd year, recognise the positive impact of consulting work. This year 33 of the UK’s leading consulting firms were shortlisted with clients representing high-profile organisations from across the public and private sector.

Our submission was built on the work we’ve done with NHBC to deliver a quicker, more efficient, and enhanced service to their customers. This project has exceeded its original target and set records for customer service, with an all-time high percentage of claims resolved within six months, and a record low of outstanding issues.
Dan Pearce, Head of Strategy and Change at NHBC, said:
“We have been really pleased with how the Gobeyond Partners consulting team work closely with managers and colleagues across the business, positively challenging the team to be increasingly creative in devising solutions, whilst supporting the delivery of the solutions with the right tools and training.
"They have really helped to challenge our thinking about transformation potential and pace of delivery.”
Hervé Mazenod, Managing Director for Insurance and Investments at Gobeyond Partners, added:
“This programme has been a real testament to the power of client and consultant working closely together as one team. The impressive financial results and improvement opportunities have more than met the original objectives whilst creating a ‘buzz’ around transformation and an internal demand for change.”
The programme was shortlisted in a year of record entries, and judged by an independent panel of representatives from government, academia, industry bodies and the media.
The announcement was made at a virtual awards ceremony held on 9th July 2020.
