We’re an MCA Awards finalist for people, change and transformation

Please note this article was published before OEE Consulting and gobeyond joined forces to become Gobeyond Partners.
The Management Consultancies Association have announced the finalists for their prestigious 2019 Awards today, and OEE Consulting have been shortlisted in two categories.
Our people development programme with Willis Towers Watson has been selected, as has our change and transformation work with Atos on the unique UK savings institution NS&I.
We worked with Atos to transform NS&I’s operations, helping them stay ahead of consumer and digital trends and deliver a better service to their 25 million customers. A flexible operating model, new technology and new ways of working which utilised capacity were introduced, allowing the organisation to maximise its resources, lower costs, and engage colleagues with a culture of continuous improvement.
At Willis Towers Watson we worked in partnership to design and deliver a bespoke people development programme, which would build lasting change as part of a global transformation. It was delivered across 20 countries in 5 languages to 1,200 leaders, whilst a significant commitment to coaching supported immediate implementation and tangible, ongoing business benefits.
The Awards are presented to a consulting firm and their client to recognise the value of consulting and celebrate clients and consultants working in partnership. We entered the awards for the first time last year, winning the coveted MCA 2018 Award for Client Service and Value.
All finalist entries will be interviewed by an independent panel of judges in the coming weeks, with winners announced at an awards ceremony on 28th March.
