Bill Hogg


With extensive international business experience, Bill has encountered a diversity of cultures and change programmes. While each organisation has its unique opportunities and challenges, he believes that external insights, learning and know-how should also be sought.

He strongly believes that the best change happens when everyone really understands the need for change, and that it is not just a “want to be…”. Bill engages with the leadership team to ensure alignment to the need, a shared vision of the future and the goals of the business.
