Mark Guest


Mark has over eighteen years’ experience and his expertise is in leading and transforming large scale customer management operations. He has experience across all operating elements including, technology, organisational design, commercial sourcing, property, process and people strategies.

Mark has held a number of senior roles within the customer management arena for businesses such as FGH (Otto Group), Capita and Serco. Most recently Mark held the position of Director of Contact Transformation for Dixons Carphone.
