Agile Programme Manager

With over 12 years of experience in project and programme delivery, Trudie has a breadth of experience in running Agile programmes. 

With her collaborative leadership style, Trudie brings her experience in coaching and Scrum mastery to enable structure, governance and productivity spanning multiple organisational layers. 

Her achievements include establishment of the Agile operating structure and rhythm for the multi award winning Customer Closeness Centre, as well as leading various projects ranging from large IT transformation to HR re-organisation and establishing Agile change delivery in the utilities sector

Consulting experience

Customer insight

Successfully led the Gobeyond Partners flagship model office providing Continuous Improvement Capability to a large online retailer.  Established the structure and ways of working to enable a hybrid model of Agile Delivery and a customer-centric insight hub.

Operational improvement

Trained and coached multiple teams in ways to increase productivity through delivery of small incremental change bringing an increase of around 30% over a 12 month period within the model office team.

Engaging distributed teams

Expert in creation of robust ways of working for remote teams using technology and collaboration tools in order to increase engagement and productivity.

Management experience

Governance Lead

Governance Lead for a £17m IT transformation programme delivering a new billing platform within the utilities sector, this was the first agile programme within the organisation and therefore was fundamental in demonstrating success and engaging with business leaders on the agile journey

Organisational change

Project Managed an organisational change project re-organising a 300 strong change delivery function, implementing headcount reduction measures and identifying cost savings.
