Gobeyond Partners (Gobeyond), a leading CX Consulting firm specializing in solving complex customer journey challenges and part of the Webhelp group, has announced the appointment of Raphael Hegeler as its new Global Head of Gobeyond.

Raphael joins Gobeyond from 10EQS, a scale-up that has become a leading consulting network, where he was the Chief Commercial Officer based out of Singapore, New York, and then Munich. Raphael’s experience includes leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, and Strategy for Intel and Dell in Europe and Asia. He was also a consultant with McKinsey & Co. where his work with clients focused on Go-to-Market and Finance in the Automotive, High Tech, and Telecoms sectors.

The appointment of Raphael supports Gobeyond’s growth strategy, which will focus on strengthening its CX and customer journey consulting capabilities in existing and new geographies.

Raphael’s appointment reflects further investment in Gobeyond, Webhelp’s consulting brand, which earlier this year saw the creation of its Nudge practice, which leverages behavioural science to help organizations drive the best possible outcomes by influencing customer behaviours.

Raphael succeeds Gobeyond's current CEO, Mark Palmer, who after many successful years at the helm, last year indicated his intention to depart from the business. Mark expressed his confidence in Raphael appointment, stating, "I am delighted to be working with Raphael on the future design of the business, and ensuring a smooth transition for our clients and people.
