The Forum…

The Future of Service Forum enables best practice, ideas and knowledge to be shared easily, collaboratively and efficiently. It is built on reciprocity and relies on the sharing of expertise across members for greatest impact. Members receive:

Access to networking opportunities with a select group of member organisations who are committed to sharing their expertise across multiple functions and sectors.

Invitations to four events a year.  Currently operating as highly interactive online events hosted by our senior consultants, joined by engaging, thought leading guest speakers.  We look forward to a return to our unique, experiential, face-to-face events as soon as permissable.

Dedicated content from each session, including specially commissioned research, white papers, event recordings and the chance for bespoke Q&As with our consultants, will be made available.

We welcome applications to join the Forum, but carefully vet and consider each one to maintain the Forum’s commitment to open collaboration between like-minded organisations. A select membership group also strengthens interactive discussion during events, and opens up access to many ‘behind the scenes’ opportunities at businesses.
