  • MBA Engagement Programme

MBA engagement programme

Our success comes from our people. It’s why we relentlessly seek individuals who think differently and want to bring about real change. Every day, in every way.

It’s the reason we set up our Business School Engagement Programme, to attract bright, experienced MBA and Masters graduates to join our team and challenge our methods.

How does it work?

It’s not in our nature to be impersonal so we organise engaging and informal ‘boardroom chats’ on campus, with key team members and alumni present, where possible. During the session we invite honest questioning about working for us, while taking the time to listen and understand the issues facing graduates. We also put a great deal of effort in planning the sessions by identifying the students who’ll benefit most from attending and speaking to them in advance.

Who can apply?

We welcome experienced MBA and Masters applications from all top tier universities. Currently, we run a programme of direct recruitment with Said Business School, Warwick Business School, Cambridge Judge Business School, Imperial College Business School, Cass Business School and Alliance Business School Manchester.

We also advertise at most top tier MBA programmes in the UK and actively welcome applications from other top global business schools. Gobeyond Partners is a Home Office approved sponsor, which enables Tier 4 visa holders to transfer to a Tier 2 visa. However, if you are a student at a business school outside of the UK you will require the personal right to work in the UK.
