We have an exciting opportunities for Customer Service Advisor at our Sheffield Centre of Excellence.
In this role, you will be handling a variety of call types regarding home insurance, this may include policy changes, new business quotations and customer retention.
With a start date of the 7th October 2019, we will be looking for you to demonstrate excellent problem solving, questioning and interpersonal skills which have been gained within a customer focused environment.
It's important that you're computer literate and confident in using Microsoft PC packages including Word and Excel. We would also like you to have some knowledge of FCA regulations and show us a real passion for delivering excellent customer service.
You’ll need to be flexible to work shifts between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday and between 9am and 1pm one Saturday in every three,
