David Plumb joins OEE Consulting

David is the former Chief Digital Officer for O2, where he delivered growth of over £1.5bn. He’s also an experienced Non Executive Director, having served on the board of major consumer businesses, like Tesco Mobile, and innovative digital businesses such as giffgaff.

David generates disruptive ideas, and translates them into transformation, business development and growth. He’s passionate about helping businesses embrace digital, and is enthusiastic about our focus on customer journeys as the foundation of a successful digital transformation.

He will be strengthening our digital capabilities as we extend our work on multichannel customer journeys. By integrating our service operations knowledge with in-depth customer research and the latest digital developments, we can seamlessly integrate technology to provide effortless customer journeys.
