Gobeyond Partners Announces Hervé Mazenod as Head of UK, Ireland, and Nordics

Gobeyond Partners (Gobeyond), a leading CX Consulting firm specialising in solving complex customer journey challenges and part of the Webhelp group, has announced Hervé Mazenod as its new Head of the UK, Ireland, and Nordics (UK&I and Nordics). This strategic move aligns with Gobeyond’s commitment to expanding its global presence and driving growth in key markets.
In his new role, Hervé will assume responsibility for overseeing Gobeyond’s operations in the UK&I and Nordics regions. Hervé's primary focus will be on leading the continued growth of the UK and expanding Gobeyond’s business into the Nordics and Ireland, recognising the tremendous potential these markets hold, with a particular emphasis on key, strategic solutions for targeted industry sectors. Additionally, his team will continue to oversee UK headquartered global clients. Hervé will spearhead the growth of Gobeyond’s portfolio including customer journey and CX solutions, operational transformation and excellence, data and analytics, as well as solution design and transformation.
