OEE Consulting joins forces with gobeyond

OEE Consulting, the leading customer journey design and operations transformation consulting firm, is coming together with gobeyond, an innovative provider of managed services and digitisation capability for the customer experience market.

Combining the two organisations as one entity will create an industry-leading customer experience transformation services business with global reach.

It will be uniquely positioned to support clients with the demands of rapidly changing customer behaviour and advances in new technologies, and will focus on customer experience advisory services, including:

  • Strategic advice and support; target operating model design
  • Customer and user journey design; model office for test and learn
  • Data science and customer analytics
  • Omni-channel evolution through contact centre technologies; messaging, chat-bots and automation

The combined organisation will have over 300 people across UK locations including Oxford, Sheffield and Liverpool, and a global, multilingual delivery capability. The gobeyond business is backed by investment from the Webhelp Group, whilst operating entirely independently in order to provide objective advice to clients. The combined business will continue to do the same.

The current management teams remain in place, with no changes for client delivery, employees, or office locations.
