Martin Gibson


Martin has been at the forefront of change throughout his career. He has led numerous projects at Gobeyond Partners, from the travel business Thomas Cook, to the insurance giant AXA.

Prior to Gobeyond Partners he held numerous roles in the MOD and RAF, most recently as Head of Continuous Improvement at the RAF.

He has worked at many levels in organisations which has provided him with in-depth understanding of the leadership necessary to be successful. He knows that the most successful change happens when everyone is fully engaged and actively participates in delivering the vision and goals of the business.

He uses his energy and engaging style to drive successful programmes, ensuring that all levels of the organisation understand their roles to achieve the outcomes they desire.
