He is able to rapidly assimilate complex environments, can lead teams at all levels and strives for the very best project outcomes.

Consulting experience

Operations improvement

For a UK banking group; managed the delivery of an operations improvement and training programme across its EMEA region. The programme delivered benefits ranging between 10 to 40% in capacity improvement plus skills transfer to internal consultants in order to support further programmes.

Operating model

Designed and implemented the operating model of an international insurance provider’s commercial lines insurance division. Working directly with the board to align their strategic requirements with customer needs and business outcomes.

Lean initiatives

Directed Gobeyond Partners’s support to the Lean excellence initiatives for a UK Airline and Tour Operator. Designing and delivering programmes across the whole organisation to deliver benefit targets.

Transformation

Programme Manager for a large industry and government strategic transformation initiative, focused on delivering operational efficiency and effectiveness whilst reducing costs by 25%.

Operational excellence

Designed operational and customer excellence programme for a large pension provider, aligning directly the activities of the operation with customer requirements and feedback.

Senior Officer in the RAF with wide ranging experience in executive roles. Numerous roles held during career, from accountability of engineering professional standards to overseas operations in high intensity environments.

AugustaWestland Helicopters

Programmemanaging a joint industry/government team delivering the £500M IMOS contract.

Insurance

Interim manager for an insurance company, leading the implementation of Lean. Responsible for the coaching and mentoring of all staff and management team. Programme identified and delivered savings in excess of 20%.
