Lean Master

At OEE Consulting we believe in pushing both ourselves and others to deliver great customer experience. It’s why we offer a range of training courses that explore advanced tools, techniques and behaviours essential for improvement programmes to be successful.

The courses can either be standalone or combined with other modules and previous experience to attain accredited qualifications prescribed by the Lean Competency System, as developed by Cardiff University Business School. In most cases, this training is used by organisations looking to train a number of their employees in a specific area of expertise, whether that’s continuous learning, value stream mapping or operation risk to name only a few of our courses. As with all OEE training, an interactive and engaging approach is guaranteed, as is the flexibility for the training to be delivered on-site or at an external training venue.
