Our highly interactive, workbook-supported Stakeholder Engagement training is designed to greatly enhance your skillset when it comes to understanding, influencing and managing the people around you.

Split into three customisable modules and available either individually or collectively, the training is delivered to your specific requirements to ensure the best possible learning experience. As with all our training it has also been designed to deliver immediate value to both your stakeholders and your organisation.

On completion of the training you will be able to:

Increase buy in and engagement by ensuring the decision the business needs is the decision the stakeholder wants to make

Reduce the waste caused by decision-making delays and objections

Build stronger business relationships at all levels of the organisation

Understand the personality preferences of those around you, and how to establish a better rapport with them

If your organisation has eight or more delegates to train and can provide a suitable training room, our trainers can to come to you. All required training equipment and materials will be delivered in advance and you’ll receive the exact same interactive and engaging training. Only without all the travel and subsistence costs.
